Submission Requirements Reminder... and Lunch!
As a reminder your submission MUST include the following:
- The name of the Submission
- A text description of the Submission and its features
- At least one image (screenshot) of the working Submission
- Participating team members (if applicable)
- A list of SmarterRoads and other data sets and/or APIs used in the Submission
In addition to the above, teams will have the option to submit the following to demonstrate their Submission:
- A link to a video posted on YouTube.com or Vimeo.com that demonstrates the Submission’s functionality and features
- A website URL where the Submission can be accessed

It's a Beautiful Day 2!
Welcome to Day 2 of the SmarterRoads Hackathon and Idea Jam! You have untill 2pm this afternoon to wrap up your submission. The space at FredCAT will be open and ready for you to use starting at 9am. Breakfast, snacks, coffee, etc. will be available. Mentors will be checking with you throughout the day to help with any questions you might have.

New Idea Jam Prize Category! **Congestion**
We will be adding an additional Idea Jam Prize Category to award the team that comes up with the best solutions for congestion. The other idea jam categories are safety, resiliency, and vulnerable road users. The best solution around each of these topics will be awarded a $250 cash prize!
